Personal Experience:

Daniel is a solicitor in the firm’s corporate team. Prior to joining Wallace Corporate Counsel LLP, he worked in LK Shields, a boutique Dublin commercial law firm.

He advises on transactional mergers and acquisitions (both buyside and sell side), corporate restructurings, shareholder arrangements and general corporate advisory matters.
