Personal Experience:

Graham joined Wallace Corporate Counsel LLP in 2019 and underwent his formal legal training in the firm’s core practice areas of Investments and Merger & Acquisitions.

Graham is a key member of WCC’s Investments Team. He has experience across a broad spectrum of capital raising sizes & stages ranging from pre-seed to seed and on to series A+ raises. 

­­Graham works principally with emerging companies, entrepreneurs and those who invest in them under the range of capital raising structures including SAFEs, ASAs, convertible loan notes and more traditional equity instruments. He is familiar with all Irish incubators, accelerators and VCs and he regularly advises investee companies on the multitude of funding avenues offered by Enterprise Ireland (PSSF and HPSU).

Dovetailing with the fundraising space, Graham advises on a full range of corporate and commercial matters, including:

  • company formation, corporate governance and shareholder matters;

  • IP protection;

  • commercial contracts; and

  • share option schemes and employment contracts.

He also has an unhealthy interest in all things web3 and blockchain – but we don’t hold it against him.
