Personal Experience:

Sean is a solicitor in the firm’s corporate advisory team. Qualified in Australia in 2019, Sean worked in the corporate advisory, mergers & acquisitions, and tax teams of two Australian national firms prior to joining Wallace Corporate Counsel LLP. Sean is experienced in M&A, restructures, corporate transactions and fund raisings as well as general corporate and commercial advice across a range of industries including the finance & investment, engineering, logistics, manufacturing, media & marketing, technology and primary resources industries.

Recently in Ireland, Sean has advised on new venture fund raisings and the sale of an Irish logistics company to a foreign purchaser. Previously, Sean has advised on restructure options available to charitable trusts and an authorised deposit taking institution with $1.4b in managed assets, as well as the restructuring of a statutory research corporation and industry not-for-profit R&D entities with investment expenditure of +$200m. Sean also has experience dealing with Australian regulators, having advised on matters involving the Australian companies, charities and banking authorities.
